In the 2022/23 season, Caruso played 67 games with the Bulls, averaging 5.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.5 steals and 0.7 blocks per game. He shot 45.5% from the field, including 36.4% from deep. He also achieved his career-high free throw percentage (80.8%) last season.
