Born on April 2, 1994, in Douala, Cameroon, Siakam was an important part of the Raptors team that won the NBA Championship in 2019. Nicknamed "Spicy P", Siakam is a two-time NBA All-Star and was named NBA’s Most Improved Player in 2019.
At the age of 18, Siakam moved to the United States, where he played college basketball for the New Mexico State University. In his sophomore season, he averaged 20.3 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game in 34 appearances.
