Colby Jones is a basketball player from the United States. He was born on May 28, 2002, in Birmingham, Alabama. His basketball career started at Pinson Valley High School in Pinson, Alabama. After spending two seasons at Pinson, Colby moved to Mountain Brook High School in Mountain Brook, Alabama. He is currently a college-level basketball player for the Xavier Musketeers of the Big East Conference.
Colby played basketball for Mountain Brook High School under coach Bucky McMillan. During his final year at Mountain Brook, Colby averaged 25.2 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game. Following his senior year, Colby received offers from different agencies, including Auburn, Georgia, Alabama and UAB, for college basketball. He chose to play for Xavier University.
