As of January 2025, Chris Gayle has scored the most fours in the ICC Champions Trophy. The former West Indian opener scored 101 boundaries in 17 matches. The batter with the second-most fours is former Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan with 79 boundaries in 10 games.
Former Sri Lankan skipper Mahela Jayawardene is third on the list with 79 fours in 22 games. Former Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara recorded 68 fours in the fourth position in 22 ODIs. The fifth position belongs to former West Indian batter Shivnarine Chanderpaul with 67 boundaries in 16 matches. Former Sri Lankan skipper Sanath Jaysuriya is sixth with 67 fours in 20 games.
Followed by him is former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly with 66 fours in 13 ODIs. Ricky Ponting, the former Australian captain, is eighth with 66 fours in 18 games. The ninth position belongs to former Australian batter Damien Martyn with 63 fours in 12 games. Former South African all-rounder Jacques Kallis recorded 63 boundaries in the ninth position in 17 matches.
