2024 Shriners Children's Open odds and best bets explored

The Shriners Children's Open is next up on the PGA Tour docket. The Tour is in its fall portion of the schedule, meaning some players are not playing right now after the FedEx Cup conclusion.

Should Kim win again, which the odds are fairly confident that he will, he would become the seventh player ever to win a single tournament three times in a row. The last was Steve Stricker in 2009, 2010, and 2011. No one has won the Shriners Children's Open three times in a row. In its history, only Jim Furyk and Kim have ever even repeated.

Jhonattan Vegas, who is +5000 to win, is getting a lot of attention before the tournament. He could make a good run based on how well he does at approach shots. Those play well at TPC Summerlin so Vegas could have a good weekend.

Rickie Fowler is perhaps the most notable name in the field and he could use his talent to outdo his current odds. He's currently +7000 to win but he's one of the most successful players in the field.

Adam Hadwin, Maverick McNealy, Ryan Fox, Eric Cole, and Nick Hardy are players without overly strong odds to win who could also make a run for the trophy this weekend. The Shriners Children's Open begins on October 17 and concludes on October 20.
