The Shriners Children's Open will commence this weekend. It's the latest PGA Tour event. With the fall schedule here and LIV Golf no longer having tournaments this season, either, this is one of the few golf tournaments to watch right now. If you're interested in that, here's what you need to know.

How to watch the Shriners Children's Open

Television

Golf Channel will have exclusive coverage of the Shriners Children's Open. If you're going to watch the tournament on live television, you will have to tune in there. Here's the TV schedule:

  • Thursday, Oct. 17: 5-8 p.m. EST
  • Friday, Oct. 18: 5-8 p.m. EST
  • Saturday, Oct. 19: 5-8 p.m. EST
  • Sunday, Oct. 20: 5-8 p.m. EST

Streaming

Fortunately, even if you don't have live television, there are options. There are streaming options on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports App, which will have simulcasts of the Golf Channel broadcast.

ESPN+ will have featured group coverage on both Thursday and Friday as well. Additionally, Fubo.tv is an option. This live TV surrogate allows you to stream channels like it were cable, and Golf Channel can be among them. It costs $74.99 for the first month, but there is a one-time free trial for one week.

Tee times

On Thursday, the first golfers will take the tee at 9:55 am EST. Ryan Moore, Robby Shelton, and Chan Kim will start things off with Bud Cauley, Matt NeSmith, and Ben Silverman on the other tee at the same time. The tee times are the same for Friday's second round as well.

Shriners Children's Open odds

Most of the intrigue in this event comes from whether or not Tom Kim can make history. The golfer is going for his third straight victory in this very tournament. Can he do it? The odds believe he can.
