"It is unbelievable" - John Daly endorses his $23.99 Vodka drink

John Daly recently endorsed his $23.99 Vodka drink in an Instagram video. The PGA Tour veteran launched Good Boy Vodka, "The John Daly Cocktail" in 2023.

In the Instagram clip, Daly sported his signature long, white beard and wore a jacket covered in patterns of "Good Boy Vodka" drink cans with gold chain necklace. He held a can of the $23.99 Vodka drink in his right hand while smoking simultaneously. Endorsing his seltzer, Daly said:

"Hey, anybody out there that owns a bar of golf course, you got to get this good boy stuff. This my John Daly drink—it's unbelievable.

He further asked fans and viewers to write him at [email protected] to order the beverage. He further talked about the four different seltzers available:

"I'm telling you gonna love them. We got lemonade raspberry peach and blackberry, non-carbonated, 95 calories, gluten free and no additive sugar. Come on, let's go."

The two-time Major champion is known for his larger-than-life lifestyle. He has had a drinking problem ever since he began his professional golf career. In the 1997 Players Championship, he smashed up his hotel room and had to withdraw from the tournament. After the incident, he was instructed to join rehab by the PGA Tour.

In several of his interviews, Daly claimed to have lost around 50 to 60 million dollars because of his drinking and gambling issues. He was suspended from the ATP Tour for six months after he was found drunk outside a Hooters restaurant in North Carolina. Because of the drinking addiction, he has faced kidney stones, bladder cancer and many health issues.

John Daly claims to drink 40 Good Boy Vodka's in a day

In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, John Daly was asked about the most number of drinks he had consumed at once. Daly claimed to drink 40 cans of Good Boy Vodka in a day. In disbelief, Carlson asked him once again, Daly confirmed and said that he recently drank three of those in one sitting which was further validated by Kid Rock.

When asked how did he recover after having 40 drinks. Daly said:

"Start drinking again. Do you fall off a horse, you're gonna get back on it."

When asked if he was having problems recovering as he aged. He said:

"It's not getting easier, but right now I'm still okay."

Carlson then recalled drinking 24 beers during a flight and calling it his lifetime record. He then asked Daly how does he drink Good Boy Vodka and still keep standing, he said:

'That's what I love about good boys. There's no carbonation. There's no bloatness."

John Daly amassed 19 professional wins throughout his golf professional career with five PGA Tour wins with two Majors. His first Major win came at the 1991 PGA Championship, which he won by three strokes over Bruce Lietzke. His second and last Major win came at the 1995 Open Championship. The 58-year-old currently competes on PGA Tour Champions and had a poor 2024 season.
