The 2024 Sanderson Farms Championship is all set to be held as part of the PGA Tour from October 3 to 6 at the Country Club of Jackson in Jackson, Mississippi. The tournament is set to be held as the second event of the PGA Tour's Fall schedule, coming just after the conclusion of the Presidents Cup.
The event will be a crucial one, as golfers who have not secured their 2025 PGA Tour card in the regular season will be vying for points to keep them in the mix to receive cards. Luke List is the defending champion for the event, having won the Sanderson Farms Championship last year after a playoff against Ludvig Aberg, Ben Griffin, Henrik Norlander, and Scott Stallings.
MacKenzie Hughes, the champion here in 2022, will be the only Presidents Cup participant to be part of the field this weekend. The likes of Scottie Scheffler and Tom Kim will not be playing at this tournament.
