The San Francisco 49ers didn’t do anything to fall to No. 2 in the Profootballtalk.com power rankings.
In a tight contest against the Green Bay Packers, QB Colin Kaepernick reversed his course from the 2012 divisional playoffs and won the game throwing from the pocket instead of running the read option.
The 49ers get another big test against the Seattle Seahawks in what should be an interesting week as both teams have a distaste for each other, especially the head coaches.

2. 49ers (1-0): Jim Harbaugh’s rope-a-dope worked on the Packers. It will be a little harder to pull it off against the Seahawks.
