Jamaal Williams (RB, Green Bay Packers):

This rookie running back out of BYU has benefited hugely from the slew of injuries to Green Bay's starting corps. Williams was the third choice back for the Packers behind Montgomery and Jones.

He averaged just 1.3 touches and 4.3 yards per game until week 8 before Jones' injury against the Bears in week 10 shifted Packers' running game workload onto his shoulders.

Since then, Williams has averaged nearly 20 touches and 63.3 rushing yards per game in the 3 weeks he has started as Packers primary back. He has also shown that he is no slack in the receiving game, hauling in 9 of his targets for 114 yards and one touchdown in his last 3 games.
In week 13 he faces a weak Buccaneers rush defense which on an average has allowed 4.1 yards per attempt and 10 rushing touchdowns to the opposition this season.
