The former 1st round pick filed a grievance in the NFL for team owners colluding against him and not signing him because of his protests against President Donald Trump, just like quarterback Colin Kaepernick. His only visit since being released from the San Francisco 49ers has been with the Cincinnati Bengals.
Reid had played all five seasons of his career with the 49ers and became a free agent because his contract expired. Because he filed this grievance, it is likely he won't be on a team's roster until an injury occurs, but based on what has happened with Kaepernick, it is likely that will not happen, either.
