Chris Buescher is a professional stock racing driver in the NASCAR Cup Series. He drives the no. 17 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing. Buescher is the champion of the 2015 Xfinity Series and the 2012 ARCA Racing Series.


He was awarded the 2011 ARCA Racing Series Rookie of the Year due to his amazing performance in the series during his debut year. He is the cousin of the 2012 Camping World Truck Series Champion James Buescher. He has won 5 races in the Cup Series until the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season.


James Buescher started his professional racing career in 2005. He used to drive Legends cars in Texas for Speedway Legends and won over a 100 races. He signed up as development driver for Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing in 2008. Bueshcer has the record of being the only driver to complete every lap in a season of ARCA Racing Series which he achieved during his championship winning campaign in 2012.
