Gilliland drives the No.38 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Front Row Motorsports in the Cup Series. He is a second-generation NASCAR Cup Series driver and is the son of former NASCAR racer and team owner David Gilliland. He is a two-time champion in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Series. Gilliland is also the youngest driver to win a race in the ARCA Menards Series. He won a race in the series when he was merely 15 years and two months old.
