Nick Chubb, Kendrick Bourne and many more players are on the injured list. However, winning fantasy leagues requires using injured players effectively, keeping an eye on them and planning for their return. Here are ten players worth stashing this year.
10 injured players to stash in fantasy football 2024
#1. Nick Chubb, RB

Nick Chubb was part of the 1500-yard club in 2022. As such, adding Chubb for cheap is a no-brainer. It also serves as a mental boost knowing that even if games are not going well now, there is reason for hope with the Cleveland Browns running back.
#2. Rakim Jarrett, WR
Rakim Jarrett isn't a Nick Chubb-esque talent. However, as a receiver still in the infancy of his NFL career, anything can happen. Those hoping to get a slice of the Buccaneers offense who missed out on the conventional top players might get some value out of Jarrett.
#3. Keaton Mitchell, RB
Mitchell is entering his second year, and his biggest selling point is from one game last season. In Week 9, he rushed for 138 yards and a touchdown. He's worth stashing just in case he catches fire much more reliably this year.
#4. Kendrick Bourne, WR
Kendrick Bourne could be the team's No. 1 receiver this year but is battling injury. As a member of the Patriots offense, the choices for players are limited, but Bourne might be one of the only players worth adding.
#5. Nsimba Webster, WR
Webster hasn't popped in the NFL yet but did earn nearly 1400 yards in his final season at Eastern Washington University. Webster was the successor to Cooper Kupp and somewhat managed to get within reach of him in college.
#6. Rondale Moore, WR
Moore is still working through the early part of his career. There is a sense of untapped potential as he heads into the fourth season of his career. He might be worth adding as the final player on a manager's roster. Moore is now with the Atlanta Falcons and could pop in a new system.
#7. Zay Jones, WR
Jones earned 823 yards in 2022. If he matches that rate of production when he returns, it could be a massive boost for any team. Jones is now with the Arizona Cardinals, so there should be room for him on that roster when he returns.
#8. Odell Beckham Jr., WR
Odell Beckham Jr. isn't the star he once was, but he has a floor of about 500 yards over the last few years. As such, he might be worth plugging in for a game this season.
#9. Nyheim Hines, RB
Hines is on the Cleveland Browns after spending most of his career as a backup on the Indianapolis Colts. With Nick Chubb also injured, this has set up a race for a return this season. If Hines gets back first, managers might get some run out of him.
#10. Jonathon Brooks, RB
Brooks is a rookie playing for the Carolina Panthers this season. Having earned more than 1,150 yards and ten touchdowns in his final year of college, Brooks is worth adding as a high-upside, low-cost pickup this season. Rookies often have their best years up front in the NFL, so adding him makes sense.
