#4 Lamar Jackson
It was a shock to see Lamar Jackson slide in the round one of the draft. Baltimore Ravens jumped back in Ozzie Newsome's last draft to the 32nd pick and grabbed the former Heisman Trophy winner as an apparent heir to Joe Flacco.
This resembles the Chiefs' situation from a year ago. Chiefs traded up to select one of the most electric QB in Patrick Mahomes as an apparent heir to Alex Smith.

Ravens get one of the most entertaining QB of college football for the past couple of seasons.
Jackson, a dual-threat QB could replace Joe Flacco who hasn't lived up to the big contract he signed with Ravens six seasons ago after winning the Super Bowl.
Jackson has a rare speed for a QB and is athletic. He can win games single-handedly. His accuracy could be spotty at times, but the damage he can do with his legs make up for most of it.
Jackson could have a redshirt campaign like Mahomes had in 2017. But if Ravens fall behind in the playoff race don't be surprised if we get some Jackson action in the latter part of the regular season.
