Pick #6 Oakland Raiders - Daniel Jones (QB, Duke)
Coming into the 2019 NFL Draft, you couldn't really be sure as to what direction the Giants would be going. They've decided to stick with Eli Manning despite him showing gradual decline over the years. You couldn't be possibly faulted for thinking that New York would try and fix some of their defensive problems by going for an edge rusher.
In the end, Giants went for Duke quarterback Daniel Jones who is very similar to Eli in terms of mechanics. He most definitely has the ability to run given his athleticism. However, Jones' biggest criticism has been that he doesn't show elite arm strength and only time will tell whether he can prove his doubters wrong.

Pick #7 Jacksonville Jaguars - Josh Allen (Edge, Kentucky)
If we're talking about needs, the Jaguars probably need reinforcements in their O-Line more than anything else. However, it's not that easy to pass on the best edge rusher of the class.
The Wildcats' outside linebacker recorded 17 sacks and 21.5 tackles for loss in 2018 which are indicative of the raw power that he possesses. However, many consider Josh Allen to be a one-dimensional player who doesn't offer much besides pass rushing and the Jaguars will be hoping that isn't true.
Pick #8 Detroit Lions - T.J. Hockenson (TE, Iowa)
Hockenson might not the best run-blocker but his athelticism combined with his build is extremely suitable for the tight end position. That is reflected in the fact that he was named the Kwalick-Clark Tight End of the Year in 2018. Although he does need some refinement, you can easily imagine him slotting into the Detroit Lions' starting lineup given Hockenson's decent speed and the ability to catch passes in traffic.
Pick #9 Buffalo Bills - Ed Oliver (DT, Houston)
The Bills needed serious reinforcements in the inside of their D-Line. Going ahead and choosing arguably the second best defensive tackle on the board after Quinnen Williams does help. With his speed and power, Ed Oliver can easily run over the O-Line of any team. But he relies on his power way too much and is often caught up in blocks. Buffalo will be hoping to work on the same with the 2017 Outland Trophy winner.
Pick #10 Pittsburgh Steelers - Devin Bush Jr. (LB, Michigan)
In what was the first draft day trade, Steelers traded to move up in the draft to acquire the 10th overall pick which was originally held by the Broncos. The 2018 Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year can lead defensive plays with sheer speed and can really create trouble as a blitzer. Pittsburgh will be hoping for just that from their latest recruit in September.
