Rookies hold significantly more value in Dynasty Fantasy Football leagues than they do in traditional formats. Dynasty leagues require managers to keep the same rosters across several NFL seasons, putting more of a premium on youthful players. This eliminates some of the risk that comes with rookies in season-long formats.
Now that the 2024 NFL draft is in the past and all of this year's rookies have landed with their NFL teams, managers can start prioritizing a strategy to approach them in fantasy drafts. The following rankings can apply to off-season rookie drafts for ongoing dynasty leagues, as well as any start-up that hasn't drafted their roster yet.

#15. Drake Maye
Drake Maye is a good example of a quarterback who should not be considered for season-long formats but still makes for a solid pick in Dynasty Fantasy Football. The New England Patriots invested their third-overall pick on him, so he is expected to be their long-term starter.
#14. Ricky Pearsall
The San Francisco 49ers have one of the best overall offenses in the NFL. Ricky Pearsall may find it difficult to get playing time in his current situation, but if Brandon Aiyuk is traded or leaves the team next year, the rookie is projected to take over his role.
#13. JJ McCarthy
While it's unclear if JJ McCarthy will be the Week 1 starter for the Minnesota Vikings, using a first-round pick on him suggests that it's just a matter of time before he gets his opportunity. He is arguably in the most favorable situation of any rookie quarterback with elite weapons, such as Justin Jefferson, to work within his offense.
#12. Trey Benson
Trey Benson will likely split time with James Conner for the Arizona Cardinals. The team selected him in the third round rather than addressing one of their many other needs, so they probably see him as a contributor. His role could also increase in future seasons, increasing his value in Dynasty Fantasy Football.
#11. Xavier Worthy
After recording the fastest 4-yard dash time in NFL Combine history, Xavier Worthy landed with the Kansas City Chiefs in one of the best passing offenses in the NFL. He could also see an additional boost in playing time if Rashee Rice is forced to miss time with a potential suspension coming.
#10. Brock Bowers
Brock Bowers is a highly-rated tight end prospect, but he will be playing in a situation that isn't exactly ideal for his fantasy value. The Las Vegas Raiders have a questionable quarterback situation, strong wide receivers, and another promising tight end prospect in Michael Mayer. Bowers makes for a solid investment in Dynasty Fantasy Football despite being a major risk in season-long leagues.
#9. Rome Odunze
The Chicago Bears completely reconstructed their offensive personnel during the offseason, adding Keenan Allen and D'Andre Swift. They also drafted Rome Odunze, one of the top three wide receiver prospects this season. He has the talent to be a superstar, but it will be interesting to see where he falls on their target hierarchy for rookie quarterback Caleb Williams.
#8. Jonathon Brooks
The Carolina Panthers had one of the worst overall offenses in the NFL last season, so they are in desperate need of weapons. They added Jonathon Brooks in the 2024 NFL draft, and he is currently projected to be their starter. If he can find touchdown opportunities, he could be a steal in his first season.
#7. Ladd McConkey
Ladd McConkey may not be as talented as some other rookie wide receivers, but he is an ideal situation to succeed. He is expected to serve as the WR1 for Justin Herbert in the Los Angeles Chargers offense. If he can capitalize on his projected volume, he could be a sleeper in Dynasty Fantasy Football this year.
#6. Jayden Daniels
Jayden Daniels has the dual-threat skillset that is always attractive in fantasy football because he can earn additional points with rushing numbers. He is expected to be the starter for the Washington Commanders this season. He has decent weapons around him, so the second-overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft is an excellent choice for Dynasty Fantasy Football.
#5. Brian Thomas Jr.
The Jacksonville Jaguars moved on from Calvin Ridley during the offseason. They replaced him by drafting Brian Thomas Jr. He will need to compete with Christian Kirk and Evan Engram for targets, but if he directly fills Ridley's role, the rookie can be used in fantasy lineups immediately.
#4. Keon Coleman
The Buffalo Bills shockingly parted ways with Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis during the offseason. They have been the top two passing targets for Josh Allen, so their offense will look much different this season. This creates a massive opportunity for Keon Coleman, especially considering the Bills have declined to add an established veteran with proven WR1 capabilities.
#3. Caleb Williams
Caleb Williams has all the tools necessary to emerge as a superstar for the Chicago Bears right away. His dual-threat skillset should help him generate fantasy points, while the franchise's commitment to his development makes him even more attractive in Dynasty Fantasy Football. The Bears spent the offseason getting him as many weapons as possible and even got rid of Justin Fields, demonstrating their belief in Williams.
#2. Malik Nabers
The New York Giants have been in desperate need of wide receivers in their offense. They have been one of the worst teams in the position for the duration of Daniel Jones' career so far. They may have finally found an answer in Malik Nabers, who many around the NFL expect to be an immediate superstar.
#1. Marvin Harrison Jr.
Marvin Harrison Jr. takes the top spot in Dynasty Fantasy Football Rookie Rankings. He is one of the highest-rated prospects in the 2024 NFL draft class, has an elite quarterback in Kyler Murray, and is the unchallenged WR1 for the Arizona Cardinals. He has plenty of value in season-long formats but even more in Dynasty Fantasy Football.
Honorable Mentions: Michael Penix Jr., Bo Nix, Adonai Mitchell, Jermaine Burton, Xavier Legette, Troy Franklin, Ja'Lynn Polk, Bucky Irving, Blake Corum, MarShawn Lloyd
