2025 Pro Bowl: Full list of alternates roster ft. Baker Mayfield, Sauce Gardner and more

The complete list of the 2025 Pro Bowl rosters for the AFC and NFC was announced on Thursday. While some of the names on the list were expected, a few top performers didn't make the final cut.

However, many alternates have also been named from the teams, and they could be called upon to play in the Pro Bowl Games.

What are Pro Bowl alternates?

The Pro Bowl alternates feature a list of players who will be on standby if the Pro Bowl selections are injured or opt out of playing in the Pro Bowl game. The alternates can be called upon to fill in for those who won't play in the festive exhibition matchup.

Notably, both the original and alternate selections will be credited as being a member of the Pro Bowl squad.
