#2 - Allen Robinson to the Philadelphia Eagles
Allen Robinson has yet to play with an elite quarterback. The quarterbacks he has played with include Andy Dalton, Mitch Trubisky, Nick Foles, Chase Daniel and Blake Bortles.
Justin Fields is currently the Bears' starting quarterback and has used Darnell Mooney more in the passing game. Robinson currently has just 149 receiving yards through four games.

The Philadelphia Eagles have one of the weakest wide receiving corps in the league.
Rookie DeVonta Smith currently leads the Eagles' receiving room with 237 yards through four games. Quez Watkins holds second place on the team with 219 yards through four games.
Production drops immensely below Watkins and Smith. Adding Robinson to the mix would bolster the unit immediately and help the Eagles chase their playoff hopes in a division that will not do them any favors.
#1 - O.J. Howard to the Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys have found their identity and won games since their loss in Week 1 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Cowboys are a strong team with talent on both sides of the ball. They, however, have been dealing with wide receiver issues since the beginning of the season.
With Mike Gallup being placed on the injured reserves list and Amari Cooper toeing the line of play and not playing, the Cowboys could do well by adding a dependable veteran to their team to keep their NFC East title hopes alive.
Howard is buried on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers team with immense talent, alongside Chris Godwin, Mike Evans, Rob Gronkowski and Antonio Brown.
Jerry Jones never shys away from signing top talent, so he could very well want to make a splash before the trade deadline ends. Howard would be a welcome piece that Dak Prescott would be happy to add to his arsenal.
