Taylor Rapp is just one of a few names in danger of missing the AFC championship game. Of course, it takes more than one injury to fail a team in the conference championship round, but after a long season, injuries tend to pile up.
As such, one star is questionable to play and two will miss the game entirely. Here's a look at three stars in danger or expected to miss the Bills-Chiefs showdown.
Stars whose attendance is in danger or worse of missing Chiefs-Bills AFC championship game including Taylor Rapp
#1 - Rashee Rice, WR

The Kansas City Chiefs' expected number-one wide receiver at the start of the year won't be around for the AFC championship game. Rice is working through an LCL tear in his right knee, per Nate Taylor of The Athletic.
Rice earned nearly 1,000 yards and seven touchdowns in his rookie season, proving he had a chance to be a quality top option for Mahomes. At least in the conference championship round, Rice won't be there for his quarterback.
This means more touches for Travis Kelce as well as DeAndre Hopkins. Hopkins, of course, has never played in a game this deep into the playoffs. Will Rice's absence be felt enough to cause problems, even with Hopkins filling in?
#2 - Mecole Hardman, WR
Mecole Hardman was the hero of last year's Super Bowl, catching the game-winning touchdown in Las Vegas to beat the San Francisco 49ers. He has spent time with the Chiefs in six different seasons.
Any hopes of the wide receiver pulling off another memorable final blow against Josh Allen were dashed this week when Andy Reid said Hardman would not be activated from the injured reserve for the game. Hardman has been dealing with a knee injury.
As such, without him, the Chiefs might need to lean on another receiver in the game's final moments.
#3 - Taylor Rapp, S
The Buffalo Bills also have a big name that could miss the AFC championship game. Taylor Rapp is dealing with a hip/back injury, has missed practice, and remains day-to-day, according to Maddy Glabb of the Bills' official site. It's bad news for the Bills, who have used the safety to help seal off the run.
According to PFF, Rapp has an 85.6 run defense grade, which ranks ninth in the NFL for safeties. If the Bills hope to stop Kareem Hunt as the game drags on, they will need Rapp.
