Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill has had a nightmarish 2024 season: just two hundred-yard games, a career-worst six touchdowns, and the first losing record and playoff miss of his career. Now he wants out.
Shortly after basically vanishing with only two catches for 20 yards in a 32-20 loss at the disastrously terrible New York Jets, he told the press:
“I’m opening the door. I’m out bro. It was great playing here, but at the end of the day I got to do what’s best for my career. I’m too much of a competitor to be just out there.”

With that said, multiple teams will covet his talents. But these are the likeliest destinations for him.
5 best landing spots for Tyreek Hill
5) Las Vegas Raiders
The Las Vegas Raiders are facing a major lack of top-tier passing threats after Davante Adams departed for the New York Jets. Jakobi Meyers is coming off a career-best season and could be an intriguing piece to build on, but he needs help.
This is where Tyreek Hill's comes in. His explosiveness in both the offense and special teams (he has also been an adept punt returner in his career) can add dynamism to an offensive roster that is sorely lacking it.
4) Chicago Bears
The Chicago Bears began the Caleb Williams era with a bang. They went 4-2 heading into their bye week, seemingly fulfilling the promise that had been expected of them. And then disaster happened - 10 straight losses, mercifully ended by a win at the Packers on the final week.
And now the offseason looms. Keenan Allen, one of the three wideouts from that wretched season, will be a free agent.
With Tyreek Hill, the Bears have a great chance to get a dynamic receiver/punt returner who can elevate Williams in the aerial game.
3) Cincinnati Bengals
Will Tee Higgins leave the Cincinnati Bengals?
That is the biggest question facing the franchise after its elimination from playoff contention. The wideout had managed to regain a semblance of his AFCCG self, coming close to a thousand yards; but should he leave, there is a ready-made replacement.
A Joe Burrow-Tyreek Hill-Ja'Marr Chase trio would portend nightmares for secondaries across the league.
2) New York Giants
Malik Nabers has the potential to become one of the greatest wideouts in New York Giants history. Athleticism? Big-play potential? Confidence and charisma? He has all these attributes, and then some.
But he is also alone. He needs not just a new quarterback, but someone who can take some of the burden off of him. Fortunately, Tyreek Hill has been there and done that, boasting a history of mostly winning that can motivate a moribund franchise.
1) New England Patriots
Poor Drake Maye. He was thrust into an unenviable situation - no big-name deep threats after the release of JuJu Smith-Schuster, a running back tandem and a tight end as his only weapons of note, and a defensive-minded coach who seemed to fail to tap into his potential.
Defeating the Buffalo Bills in the final week may have been a bad idea for the franchise, as it cost them the No. 1 overall pick that they could have used on Travis Hunter. Thus, desperation may be seeping into Eliot Wolf's head. He might as well make a big trade for a big playmaker, even if it has to involve a divisional rival like Tyreek Hill.
