#3. Find a new, more dynamic tight end
Speaking of tight ends, Tyler Conklin has proven serviceable in his three years as a Jet, catching 170 balls for 1,622 yards and seven touchdowns. But as he enters free agency, it is clear that the Jets need a more dynamic person at the position.
The best prospects in the current draft class appear to be Penn State's Tyler Warren and Michigan's Colston Loveland. Each of them, with the right coaching, could develop into an offensive monster who can terrify opposing defenses in both blocking and receiving.
