#3 - David Culley - Houston Texans

David Culley could have been fired a long time ago, but the Houston Texans organization has seen fit to keep him around. The Texans are presumably keeping him until the end of the season. To be fair, the Texans have little to nothing on their roster, but that could be even more underutilizing of Culley's poor coaching.

There was a glimmer of hope for the Texans after they upset the Titans and stole an important win, but they returned to the bottom of the AFC when they were soundly beaten by the New York Jets. The Texans are 2-9 and look to be as terrible as ever, and Culley could be seeing his time as head coach disappear sooner rather than later.

#2 - Dan Campbell - Detroit Lions

The Dan Campbell experiment might come to a dramatic close at the end of the season for the Detroit Lions. The Lions always seem to have issues with their head coaches, and this situation couldn't be worse for Campbell. He inherited a terrible team that has little to no redeeming qualities, so maybe getting rid of him so hastily isn't the best option.

But if the Lions don't search for a coach elsewhere, they may remain the worst team in the league for another season (may as well rip the band-aid off now). Dan Campbell has the heart of a lion, pun intended, but he may just not be cut out to be the head coach for any NFL team.

#1 - Matt Nagy

There are way too many reports coming out that the Chicago Bears organization is ready for a head coach change. There are even reports stemming from Nagy losing the locker room and players just not wanting to give their best for him. Whatever the case may be, the Bears would be right in allowing Nagy to seek employment elsewhere after this season.

The Bears went 12-4 in Nagy's first season as head coach, but have failed to post a winning record since then. Nagy's overall record with the Bears is 32-27 and he hasn't taken the Bears to the postseason once. That is cause enough to want to seek a head coach that can turn this tough team into one that continually makes the playoffs.
