Jim Harbaugh was hired by the San Francisco 49ers for the 2012 NFL season, after the Niners had failed to have a winning season since 2002.

Harbaugh immediately led the team to a 13-3 record, as well as making it all the way to the NFC Championship game. Unfortunately, they were taken down by the eventual Super Bowl champion Giants in overtime, but Harbaugh’s arrival saw the 49ers once again become a force in the NFC.

During his time with the 49ers until 2014, Harbaugh would lead San Fran to three NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl appearance.

Daboll transformed the organization, helping New York win nine games and make the playoffs for the first time in six seasons, beating the Vikings in the Wildcard before being eliminated by the Eagles.

Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley looked revitalized under Daboll, and the future is bright for the G-men.
