Russell Wilson not the only quarterback potentially on the move
#3 - Jimmy Garoppolo, San Francisco 49ers
Unlike Russell Wilson, who will be moving on his own volition if he does, Jimmy Garoppolo has known for some time that his time is up in San Francisco. When they drafted Trey Lance in the last draft, they already had it in mind that they were going to move on ahead without Jimmy Garoppolo.

Much like Russell Wilson, Jimmy Garoppolo has also missed games due to injuries this season, and that has opened up space for Trey Lance to gain regular season experience. Lance is expected to take over next year.
Jimmy Garoppolo is a steady quarterback, as evidenced by the fact he has led the team into the playoffs. But he has a certain flakiness that can be exploited. In the game against the Dallas Cowboys, his interception could have been costly if the opposing gameplan had been a bit better. He will find suitors around the NFL this offseason, especially as this year's draft is not loaded with quarterback talent. Maybe he could replace Russell Wilson at the Seahawks if the latter departs.
#4 - Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons
Much like Russell Wilson, Matt Ryan was supposed to be the hope for the Atlanta Falcons. He has led them to a Super Bowl and been the MVP once. But the current Atlanta team is not up to the mark in competing for the postseason. While in the case of Jimmy Garoppolo, the team wants to move on from their quarterback, for Matt Ryan it is a case of finding the right fit.
One good option for him could be the Cleveland Browns. Baker Mayfield has been interception prone this year and his output has declined. They have a good defense and perhaps the best running game in the league. A quarterback like Matt Ryan would make them instant contenders.
#5 - Deshaun Watson, Houston Texans
Apart from a Russell Wilson trade, Deshaun Watson moving away from the Houston Texans seems simultaneously the most likely to happen and the least likely to happen. The player is ready to move on having submitted a trade request last season. Then came a barrage of sexual misconduct allegations, and the Houston Texans have been trying to get rid of him ever since.
Both the team and the player are ready to move on. All they need is a potential suitor. That looks unlikely until the time the sexual misconduct cases are resolved.
