Football fans are eagerly awaiting the return of the XFL, which is scheduled for February 2023. The minor league football association had begun in 2020, but after only five weeks of play, the operations came to a close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Nonetheless, the league's resumption will provide football fans with some much-needed action after the NFL season concludes.
The names of the eight teams that will partake in the XFL are Arlington Renegades, Houston Roughnecks, San Antonio Brahmas, D.C. Defenders, Orlando Guardians, Seattle Sea Dragons, St. Louis Battlehawks, and Vegas Vipers. Here, we take a look at five notable players that will participate in the XFL.
