The NFL Pro Bowl is set to take place on Feb. 2, featuring a flag football game between the AFC and NFC. The rosters were recently officially announced and are made up of some of the best players in the league who received the most overall votes. While both teams are loaded with superstars, here are five snubs that deserve to be included.
NFL Pro Bowl 2025 snubs
#1 - Baker Mayfield
Baker Mayfield put together a spectacular season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but he was snubbed from being selected to the Pro Bowl. He has been one of the best overall passers in the NFL, including ranking third with 4,279 passing yards, second with 39 passing touchdowns and second with a 72 completion percentage. He is also on the verge of clinching a playoff spot for the Buccaneers with a win in Week 18.

#2 - Danielle Hunter
Danielle Hunter has been the leading pass rusher for the playoff-bound Houston Texans all season long. He has also been one of the best edge players in the NFL, leading the league with 90 quarterback pressures and a 19% pressure rate. He also ranks third with 12 sacks, making his snub one of the most confusing of any player this year.
#3 - Kerby Joseph
Kerby Joseph has been an elite playmaker in the Detroit Lions' defensive secondary as the team is one win away from clinching the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs. He leads the entire NFL with nine interceptions and four of those have come in the endzone, proving how much of an impact he has made. It still apparently wasn't enough to get him into the Pro Bowl.
#4 - Jonnu Smith
Jonnu Smith was likely a victim of how the process works for players earning a spot in the Pro Bowl. The voting resulted in Brock Bowers and Travis Kelce earning the tight end spots for the AFC. While Bowers had an excellent rookie season, Smith's numbers were better than Kelce's, but his popularity may have given him the edge. The Miami Dolphins TE recorded more total yards, yards per reception and TDs, but he was snubbed from the roster.
#5 - Kyren Williams
Kyren Williams has been one of the most productive running backs in the NFL this year, as well as the most reliable offensive weapon for the NFC West champion LA Rams. His 1,299 rushing yards are the third-most in the NFL and he also ranks second with 14 rushing TDs and 85 rushing first downs. He has a strong case for being more deserving than Josh Jacobs and Jahmyr Gibbs, who were both voted in.
