The NFC Championship game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders promises to be one of the games of the year.
Arguably the most stacked roster in the NFL in the Eagles face rookie sensation QB Jayden Daniels, as the NFC East foes do battle to make it to Super Bowl LVIX.
Despite both teams wanting to be at full strength ahead of such a big game, there are players on both sides who may miss the NFC Championship game due to injury.

Eagles offensive lineman Cam Jurgens missed practice Wednesday with a back injury. Jurgens has been a part of arguably the best offensive line in the NFL this season, protecting QB Jalen Hurts and creating running lanes for likely Offensive Player of the Year Saquon Barkley.
If Jurgens was to miss this game, it would be a massive blow.
#4 - Dallas Goedert, TE
Another offensive piece the Eagles may be without this Sunday is TE Dallas Goedert who missed practice on Wednesday with an ankle injury.
Goedert missed time during the regular season with a hamstring injury, and now is dealing with an ankle injury ahead of the Eagles' clash with the Commanders.
Goedert has combined for 50 passes for 599 yards and three TDs in the regular season and the playoffs.
#3 - Zach Ertz, TE
Another star tight end who may miss Sunday's NFC Championship game is Commanders veteran Zach Ertz.
Ertz, who spent the majority of his career in Philadelphia, is dealing with a rib injury and missed practice Wednesday.
Ertz has been an excellent safety blanket for Jayden Daniels, catching 66 passes for 654 yards and seven TDs, and added a further score in the Commanders' win over the Detroit Lions in the Divisional Round.
#2 - Bobby Wagner, LB
Another Commanders veteran star who may miss Sunday's game is LB Bobby Wagner. Wagner has been excellent this season for Washington, totalling 132 tackles and 2.0 sacks as well as being named Second-team All-Pro.
His veteran presence has been pivotal in this ascending Commanders team, and if he were to miss the game on Sunday, it would be a huge blow.
#1 - Quinyon Mitchell, CB
Eagles star rookie cornerback Quinyon Mitchell was limited on Wednesday's injury report, and it would be a disappointment if he missed the Conference Championship game.
Mitchell has helped transform the Eagles defense that was one of the worst in the NFL in 2023, to one of the best units in football this year.
The former Toledo back was named into the PFWA NFL All-Rookie Team for his efforts this year, and snagged his first career interception in the Eagles' playoff win over the Green Bay Packers.
