Jalen Ramsey, long before he was traded to the Miami Dolphins, was one of the top cornerbacks in the entire NFL. He's also one of the best trash talkers the sport has to offer.
Ramsey won't hesitate to call out opposing quarterbacks and the receivers he covers. He's an electric player and only partly because of his talent.
Back in 2018, when Ramsey was arguably at the peak of his powers, he was asked about his counterparts around the NFL.
The cornerback was specifically asked about which quarterbacks he felt "didn't suck" and he gave a blunt response via GQ:

"Aaron Rodgers does not. Tom Brady doesn't. I gotta think now, about all the teams. ... I think Marcus Mariota is a great quarterback for their team. I think Tyrod Taylor is actually a better quarterback than he gets credit for, because he does not make mistakes.
"He's honestly a Marcus Mariota type player, where he manages a game really well, always has them at least in position to be in the game late in the game. He just doesn't have turnovers that often. That's really all you need, especially if you get a good defense."
Ramsey was blunt - neither Tom Brady nor Aaron Rodgers are bad. That's probably one of the most respectful statements the trash-talking corner could have made regarding them, so it's high praise.
What was Jalen Ramsey traded for?
Jalen Ramsey, well after the interview took place, moved from the Jacksonville Jaguars to the Los Angeles Rams. He won the Super Bowl there after losing in the AFC Championship (to Brady, no less) with the Jaguars.
Now, the Rams are falling apart and desperate to rebuild. They're sending veterans off via trade and are probably going to continue doing so. Ramsey was shipped to Miami as a result.
For Miami, this is an excellent deal. All they had to give up was a third-round pick and Hunter Brown, a backup tight end. The package was pretty low for Ramsey, signifying how desperate the Rams are to clean house.
