The Philadelphia Eagles have won all 11 of their games this season when AJ Brown plays. They defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday, extending their winning streak to 10 games.
In the Week 15 matchup, Brown had eight receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown. After a week of controversy surrounding the wide receiver, Philadelphia fans were likely thrilled with his performance, but their hearts skipped a beat when Brown appeared to injure his ankle late in the game.
Brown talked about the incident during a postgame interview and said that he was unharmed despite what seemed to be a hip-drop tackle — a tackling technique that is now prohibited in the NFL.
Brown missed the Eagles' practice on Wednesday, but it wasn't because of an injury. Instead, he and other players, including DeVonta Smith, Cam Jurgens, Jordan Mailata, Mecki Becton, Landon Dickerson, Lane Johnston and Saquon Barkley, were given veteran rest days.

The Eagles want their main players to be in optimal health for the postseason as the regular season will end in three weeks. Brown missed last year's first round postseason game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers due to a knee injury he sustained in Week 18. This campaign, they want to prevent that from happening again.
AJ Brown injury update: What happened to the Eagles' WR?
AJ Brown hobbled off the field following a tackle by Steelers cornerback James Pierre in Week 15.
Pierre's hit looked like a classic hip-drop tackle. However, no flag was dropped which outraged Philadelphia fans since that kind of tackle has resulted in numerous severe lower leg injuries.
The former Tennessee Titans receiver was later evaluated by trainers on the sideline. After the game, he made it clear that he was not dealing with any injury.
Brown helped the Eagles beat Pittsburgh 27-13. His strong performance came after a week where concerns were raised regarding the effectiveness of the team's passing offense and the bond between Brown and Jalen Hurts.
