AJ Dillion is a professional American footballer who plays as a running back for the Green Bay Packers in the National Football League. Dillon's Professional career in the NFL started in 2020 when he was chosen in the second round of the NFL draft of 2020 by the Green Bay Packers.

Dillon, after being selected by the Packers signed a deal with them worth $5.3 million for four years. In the 2020 season in a game against the Minnesota Vikings Dillion made his NFL debut where in the following match he recorded two carries for 14 yards. DIllion did not take much to make himself a game-changing player in the team, he continued his excellent performance throughout the entire season. In a game against the Tennessee Titans, he recorded the first ever touchdown of his NFL career. Dillon finished his first season where he recorded 46 carries for 242 yards, and 2 touchdowns.

Dillon didn't show any signs of slowing down and he continued to perform excellently in his second season in 2021. He had a career-changing season in 2021 where showcased brilliant performance week after week. In a match against the Seattle Seahawks Dillion recorded career-high stats when in the following game he had 21 carries for 66 yards and 2 rushing touchdowns. Dillon continued the same momentum in the 2022 season where in the entire season he played 17 games and recorded 186 carries for 770 yards and 7 touchdowns.
