
Ajani James Cornelius is an American football offensive lineman who played college football at both the University of Rhode Island and the University of Oregon. He spent three seasons at the University of Rhode Island from 2020 to 2022. In December 2022, he transferred to the University of Oregon.After finishing his collegiate career at Oregon, he officially announced his entry into the 2025 NFL Draft via his personal Instagram account, @ajani_cornelius, in January 2025.
Cornelius earned several accolades for his performances. In 2024, he was named a Second-Team AFCA All-American and a Second-Team All-Big Ten selection. In 2022, he was also named First-Team All-CAA. Before attending Rhode Island, Ajani Cornelius played at Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, where he led his team to back-to-back state and league championships in 2018 and 2019 (via official website of URI).
