New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara has been a fantasy football favorite since entering the league in 2017.
Kamara is a quadruple-threat back capable of carries, rushing yards, touchdowns and receptions. However, his status ahead of the Saints' Thursday Night Football game against the Denver Broncos is up in the air.

Alvin Kamara's injury update
Alvin Kamara has been listed on the Saints' estimated injury report on Monday. The perennial Pro Bowler is dealing with a hand injury.

According to the report, the Saints did not practice on Monday, but Kamara would have been limited had the franchise held drills. But his status for the TNF game against the Broncos does not appear to be in jeopardy.
Hence, there's no reason for Kamara's fantasy managers to be worried. The workhorse back should be in action on Thursday, and with the likely absences of Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed, he should get loads of carries and receptions versus the Broncos.
Kamara has amassed at least 11 carries in every matchup this season.
How has Alvin Kamara performed this season?
Alvin Kamara is having a solid bounce-back season in 2024. The two-time All-Pro RB ranks fourth in carries (104 carries), seventh in rushing yards (428 rushing yards) and second in touchdowns (six TDs). He is a virtual lock to get 50+ rushing yards and a TD on most game days.
Also, the Saints operate a workhorse back system rather than the running back committee system that most of the league employs, thus giving Kamara the touches required to rack up big numbers.
Kamara's best game this season was against the Dallas Cowboys, in which he amassed 115 rushing yards, 65 receiving yards, three rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown. That was the Saints' last win, and they've since lost four consecutive games.
Kamara will hope for a solid showing against the Denver Broncos on Thursday. A win against Sean Payton's side could put the Saints back on track ahead of the midpoint of the regular season. However, anything less could put more pressure on head coach Dennis Allen.
