Andrew Luck is a former professional American footballer who played in national football for seven years with the Indianapolis Colts as a quarterback. His Professional career in the NFL started in the year 2012 when he was selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the NFL draft of 2012.

Luck signed a deal for four years with the Indianapolis Colts worth $22 million. He recorded the first interception and the first touchdown pass of his NFL career in-game against the Chicago Bears. Luck continued his brilliant performance in upcoming seasons for the Colts, where in the 2103 season he was ranked 30th by his team members in the list of Top Players of NFL 2014. Luck had a career-altering season in 2014 where in a game against the Washington Redskins he recorded career high stats when he recorded 5 touchdown passes. In the following season, Luck was at the top list in passing touchdowns. In the 2016 season, Luck signed a new contract extension deal with the Colts for six years of worth $140 million.

In 2016 Luck underwent shoulder surgery. Due to the Following surgery Luck was not able to participate in the 2017 season. In 2018 Luch played his first game since the shoulder surgery against the Cincinnati Bengals where he recorded career high stats with 319 passing yards, two touchdowns, and an interception. In a game against the Titans, he recorded 23 passes for 297 yards and three touchdowns, and due to his brilliant performance, he was named as the AFC Offensive Player of the Week. Luck continued his excellent performance week after week and he finished his final season with 4,593 passing yards, 39 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions. On August 24 2019 Andrew Luck announced that he will be retiring from professional football.
