The Cincinnati Bengals starting the season 0-2 was not on most people's bingo cards, but here we are. Cincy was stunned 16-10 by the New England Patriots in Week 1 and Week 2 didn't bring much more respite in what was a 26-25 loss to the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.
As they brace themselves for Week 3 against the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football, here's everything you need to know regarding each Bengals WR's fantasy outlook for Week 3.

Ja'Marr Chase fantasy outlook
We haven't seen the best of Chase so far, that's for sure. Entering Week 3, Chase's stats don't make for the most impressive reading. He has 10 receptions for 97 yards and no touchdowns so far.
In last Sunday's loss to the Chiefs, Chase caught 4-of-5 targets for 35 yards and, again, no touchdowns. You'd be forgiven for doubting Chase's potential as an alpha WR but here's the good news.
The Bengals will face a meek Commanders secondary on Monday Night Football. They will also have Tee Higgins back from a hamstring injury so there's less likelihood of Chase being doubled.
All things considered, you'd bet on Higgins and Burrow figuring it out sooner rather than later. Both Bengals stars are too good at what they do for the offense to look like it has. Chase could be a handy buy-low target if you have the resources to pull it off.
Tee Higgins fantasy outlook
Per NFL dot com, the Commanders have given the most points to fantasy WRs this season. With a healthy Tee Higgins in the mix, expect the Bengals to come out all guns blazing to get their first win on the board.
If you really think about it, all the stars are aligning for the Bengals in Week 3. After a tough loss to the Chiefs, you'd expect Burrow to come out firing and get his receivers going early on. There have been no reports of Higgins being on any sort of snap count either. If you have Higgins on your roster, be sure to give him a start this week.
Andrei Iosivas fantasy outlook
In Higgins' absence, many expected Iosivas to step up and stake his claim. Week 1 was rough for everyone involved but Iosivas caught just three passes for 26 yards in the loss to the Patriots. He did step up against the Chiefs with two catches, both for touchdowns.
This is a good matchup for the young wideout but if Higgins wasn't in the picture, we'd be more confident about Iosivas registering some points. This Commanders secondary is unlikely to give any of these receivers too much trouble but his workload this week could be cut with Higgins back in the setup.
Sportskeeda's Who Should I Start tool projects a healthy return of 14.2 points for Chase, followed by 10.1 for Higgins and 5.6 for Iosivas tonight.
