With the regular season's level of success, the Buffalo Bills' postseason campaign can only be characterized as a catastrophe. The regular season went well for the Buffalo Bills as they finished 13-3. They were victorious in a postseason game against the Miami Dolphins and won the AFC East championship for the third straight year.
Everything eventually came together for the Bills to reach the Super Bowl this year. They entered the season as heavy favorites to win the title but failed to advance past the NFL's last eight.
For the second consecutive year, the Bills could not get past the AFC Divisional Round. The Cincinnati Bengals trounced the Buffalo Bills 27-10 in a demoralizing home display.
