After shaky performances in his first two games, Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix has been sensational. Since Week 3, the rookie has thrown for 2,164 yards, 16 touchdowns, two interceptions and rushed for 240 yards and two rushing touchdowns.
His stellar performances helped the Broncos improve to 6-5 and become one of the most difficult teams to play against in the AFC. Nix's stellar display in the Broncos' Week 11 win over the Atlanta Falcons not only helped Denver climb to seventh in the AFC rankings but also saw him enter the race for the Offensive Rookie of the Year award.
The quarterback finished the game with 307 passing yards and four touchdowns in the Broncos' 38-6 blowout win. Denver was hopeful that the 24-year-old would replicate that display against the Las Vegas Raiders at the Allegiant Stadium in Week 12 and help them continue their ascent in the AFC rankings and he did not disappoint.

The rookie quarterback backed up his exceptional performance against the Falcons with another stellar display in Sin City. Neither the Broncos' offense nor their vaunted defense had a notable first half, as the team went into the halftime break trailing 13-9.
However, early in the third quarter, they took the lead courtesy of a methodical drive capped off by a magnificent pass from Nix to wide receiver Courtland Sutton.
The duo combined again late in the first quarter as Nix rolled to his right to evade the Raiders' pass rush before throwing an inch-perfect dime to Sutton for a touchdown, which saw the Broncos take a 10-point lead.
It proved to be the final scoring play of the contest, as Las Vegas tried its best to mount a comeback but Denver's defense stood firm to ensure their quarterback's impressive display did not go to waste.
The win saw the Broncos improve to 7-5 and climb to sixth in the AFC standings. Nix is coming into his own in the second half of the season and is now emerging as a frontrunner for the Offensive Rookie of the Year award.
Denver has been clamoring for a franchise quarterback since Peyton Manning's retirement in 2016 and their long wait is seemingly over.
