Is Braelon Allen a good pick in Week 14?

With limited game time over the past few weeks, you'll be forgiven for not thinking about Allen when considering your options. But two things could help you: he's a useful player as a receiver, with 12 catches already in 2024 and three touchdowns in total.

But the most obvious and important fact is that Breece Hall is doubtful to play, making Allen the leader of the Jets' running back rotation. If he's given somewhere around 15-18 carries, he could get good numbers for you.

Although his production waned in the past few games, he started the season well, averaging 4.8 yards per carry in the first four games.

Is Bucky Irving a good pick in Week 14?

If the Jets' backfield will be short-handed on Sunday, the same can't be said about the Buccaneers group. Irving is not going to start due to injuries: he has taken over as RB1 for the team, with 50 total carries over the past three games.

His production has been excellent. In 2024, he has 732 rushing yards and holds an excellent average of 5.5 yards per carry, one of the best in the league. His production in the receiving game is also notable: he has 35 receptions and 285 yards since the start of the season.

The Raiders' running defense is one of the worst in the NFL and this is a very favorable matchup for him.
