Brandin Cooks is back! We haven't seen the best out of these Dallas Cowboys in recent weeks and they are bound to rack up a few more losses given we will not see Dak Prescott under center for the foreseeable future but it appears 'America's Team' are not willing to go down without a fight.
Over Thanksgiving, the Cowboys nurtured a two-game win streak with a 27-20 win over the New York Giants. While that doesn't do anything for their playoff chances, we still have a few weeks of fantasy football to get through with the playoffs knocking on the door.
On Thanksgiving, Cooks showed why he is worth some consideration for teams on the lookout for additional firepower for the fantasy football playoffs.

Brandin Cooks waiver wire outlook for Week 14
Granted, it was not Cooks' best game in a Cowboys uniform but he is also working his way back from an injury. When all is said and done, here's why you need to consider grabbing Cooks off the waiver wire in Week 14.
Per Fantasy Points data, Cooks had a 51.4% route share against the Giants with a 19.4% target share. Those numbers led to a team-high seven targets, 16 receiving yards and a score. The touchdown to ice the game effectively saved Cooks' production in fantasy but hear me out.
The Cowboys go up against the Cincinnati Bengals, Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the next three weeks. Those are three defenses that don't exactly have a reputation for locking down wide receivers.
Given the fact that fantasy football playoffs kick off in Week 15, you might want to look at Cooks as an interesting flex play if you're looking for some depth. It also doesn't hurt to have some insurance for these important weeks in December when we are bound to see injuries pile up across the board.
The Cowboys may not put up 20+ points every week but there's a fair chance they go after the Bengals, Panthers and Bucs to gain some respectability.
