The Cleveland Browns and Kansas City Chiefs have had vastly contrasting seasons heading into Week 15. The Browns are going to the lottery to pick up a top-five player in the 2025 draft, while the Chiefs are on their way to the first seed of the AFC.
Ahead of their Week 15 showdown, let's look at some essential players on the injury report.

Cedric Tillman will play no part in Sunday's contest against the Kansas City Chiefs due to a concussion. The wide receiver has been dealing with a head injury for weeks and is yet to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol.
Tillman was enjoying the best spell of his young career before the setback, but he must now watch his teammates battle against arguably the league's best team in Week 15. On a positive note, Tillman was a limited participant in every practice session in the lead-up to the Chiefs game. Thus, his return might not be sooner than we think.
David Njoku's injury update
According to Yahoo Sports, David Njoku is questionable when playing against the Chiefs. The veteran tight end is dealing with a hamstring injury he picked up in Week 14 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Njoku did practice all week, so seeing him listed as questionable rather than out on the final injury report is a minor surprise. However, his status will be more apparent in the hours before the game.
Kansas City Chiefs' injury report
Marquise Brown's injury update
Marquise Brown will not play against the Cleveland Browns in Week 15. However, the veteran wide receiver participated in a Kansas City Chiefs practice session for the first time in the entire season. Brown was a limited participant in Friday's session.
Chiefs coach Andy Reid spoke about Brown's performance at practice on Friday. The legendary coach said:
"He practiced today and did a good job. He won't feature this week, but it is nice to have him back. He did a lot of decent work today. He has been working, and the conditioning part was not a problem. Like I said, he took a couple of reps."
Brown's return might be a masterstroke, as he'll be fresh for another deep postseason push for the Chiefs. The team can use such help, as it dealt with many offensive injuries in the 2024 regular season.
Harrison Butker's injury update
According to the team website, star placekicker Harrison Butker is questionable to feature against the Cleveland Browns. The perennial Super Bowl champ is dealing with a left knee injury.
Butker participated only in all three practice sessions leading up to Sunday's game this week. However, the Chiefs will likely keep his status unsealed until their inactive list is released for the matchup. In the meantime, Matthew Wright and Spencer Shrader have served as competent backups.
