The team had a 4-13 season and is now under Gannon's control to turn things around. The Cardinals must have faith that Gannon can handle this difficult task.

For the offense, the Cardinals could still benefit from some strength in depth and assistance from the interior offensive line. However, they will generally be adequate in that department if they can catch a few breaks with their fitness issues in 2023
