Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young is beginning to live up to expectations this season after he was selected first overall pick in the 2023 draft following a turbulent start to his professional career. He recorded a season-high 263 passing yards and zero turnovers against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12.
All eyes will be on the revitalized signal-caller when the Panthers face their NFC South rival, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, on Sunday.
For the remainder of the season, the Panthers will determine if they can continue to use Young for a third season in 2025.

Panthers injury report for Week 13
After missing practice for the third consecutive day, tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) and wide receiver Jalen Coker (quadriceps), two rookies in the Carolina Panthers' offense, were ruled out for Week 13 on Friday.
Outside linebackers Jadeveon Clowney (knee) and Amaré Barno (knee), cornerback Caleb Farley (shoulder) and safety Nick Scott (hamstring) are the other four players designated as questionable.
Along with wide receiver Adam Thielen (hamstring), Clowney and Farley were limited participants on Friday. However, Thielen is healthy and will play on Sunday.
Jalen Coker injury update
Jalen Coker will miss the Week 13 game against the Buccaneers after he missed practice throughout the week due to a quad injury.
As he recovers from the injury that also kept him out of action against the Chiefs, Coker has now been labeled as a DNP on four straight injury reports going back to last week.
Xavier Legette, Adam Thielen and David Moore will carry most of the offensive load against with Coker out.
Jadeveon Clowney injury update
Due to a knee ailment, Jadeveon Clowney did not participate in practice on Wednesday and Thursday but did log a limited participation on Friday.
Given that Clowney just had what may have been his best game of the season, with 1.5 sacks in the Week 12 defeat to the Chiefs, it would be a huge blow to Carolina if he misses this week's game.
DJ Johnson will likely replace Clowney if he is unable to see action against the Bucs.
Ja'Tavion Sanders injury update
With Ian Thomas on injured reserve, the Carolina Panthers already have a shortage at TE. Now, they will also miss Ja'Tavion Sanders' services on Sunday as he's been ruled out with a neck injury.
Tommy Tremble is expected to start, with Feleipe Franks serving as backup.
