Cedarian DeLeon "CeeDee" Lamb is a professional American football wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL, as of 2024. Lamb was drafted with the 17th overall pick by the Dallas Cowboys in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. During his rookie season, with 14 starts, Lamb recorded a total of 74 receptions for 935 yards and five receiving touchdowns. In 2021, Lamb concluded the season with 79 receptions for 1102 yards and six receiving touchdowns, with that, he was named to his first Pro Bowl. The following season, Lamb started all 17 games and was named to the AP All-Pro second team. In 2023, Lamb made NFL history by being the first player to have at least ten receptions for more than 150 yards in three straight games. In 2024, Lamb extended his contract with the Cowboys for four more years.

Lamb committed to play collegiate football at the University of Oklahoma. During his freshman season, Lamb was named All-American by ESPN and received All-Big 12 Honorable Mention for Offensive Freshman of the Year by the coaches. In 2018, Lamb was named to the second-team All-Big 12. In his junior season, Lamb was named to the Consensus All-American, unanimous first-team All-Big 12, and second-team AFCA All-American with that he was an Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award and Biletnikoff Award finalist. Following his junior season, Lamb declared that he would forgo his senior season to enter the NFL draft of 2020. Prior to playing collegiate football, Lamb was at John and Randolph Foster High School in Texas.

CeeDee Lamb Injury History

Lamb's injury occurred in September 2024. Prior to that, Lamb suffered a hamstring pull, a head concussion, a bruise and an ankle sprain during his time in the NFL.

Ankle Injury (2024)

Lamb sustained an ankle injury in September 2024. It did not cause him to miss any games but he did miss training sessions prior to playing the Ravens on the 22nd of September 2024.

Pedal Foot (2022)

Due to a non-serious cut on his foot, Lamb missed practice on Wednesday, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.

Thigh Hamstring Sprain/Pull Unspecified Grade I (2022)

Due to a hamstring issue, Lamb missed the June minicamp in 2022 but was able to participate in training camp.

Head Cranial Concussion Grade I (2021)

During the Week 11 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Lamb sustained a head concussion. He was sidelined for one game.

Arm Elbow Bruise (2021)

After the Cowboys defeated the Falcons in Week 10, Lamb left the game with an arm bruise. He did not miss any games due to the bruise.

Pedal Ankle Sprain/Pull Unspecified Grade I (2021)

Lamb was healthy for the Broncos game in Week 9 of the 2021 season despite sustaining an ankle injury during training.

Shoulder Injury (2017)

Despite suffering a left shoulder injury in the first quarter of the game against Iowa State, Lamb was able to play in the next game versus Texas.
