Every game matters in the NFL, but the Chicago Bears' Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams is particularly crucial because a win would allow them to go back to .500 for the season.
The Bears' prospects of making the playoffs would be severely hampered if they ended up 1-3 after Week 4, especially in light of the Minnesota Vikings' surprising surge in an already competitive NFC North.
Having said that, let's examine the Bears' final Week 4 injury report to determine which players will be sidelined.

Chicago Bears' injury report for Week 4
The good news is that nine of the 14 players on the Chicago Bears injury report from Friday—including wide receiver Rome Odunze (hip)—participated fully in practice on Friday and won't be carrying an injury designation into Sunday's game.

Meanwhile, wide receiver Keenan Allen (heel) was also a full participant in Friday's practice, yet he's still considered questionable to play against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 4.
Three players for Chicago have been ruled out of the Week 4 game due to injuries: cornerback Terell Smith (hip), defensive tackle Zacch Pickens (groin) and tight end Stephen Carlson (collarbone).
Apart from Allen, two other players are tagged as "questionable" ahead of Sunday's game. DL Andrew Billing is dealing with a knee problem and is questionable after logging limited practice participation on Friday. DB Kevin Byard is also questionable with a back injury.
Rome Odunze's injury status
Wideout Rome Odunze, who had a hip injury that rendered him limited in Thursday's practice, has been cleared and will play against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 4.
Odunze also had a knee injury early in the season, but he was able to play through it without missing a single matchup. This season, the rookie receiver has nine catches for 156 receiving yards in three games.
Keenan Allen's injury status
Keenan Allen has missed the last two games for the Bears with a heel injury, but he was able to practice fully on Friday.
Head coach Matt Eberflus said that the Bears expect veteran wide receiver Allen to play on Sunday, despite the fact that the team has categorized the wideout as questionable for Week 4.
QB Caleb Williams will probably have Allen, Odunze and DJ Moore as possibilities in the Bears' passing game for the second time this season in Week 4 as Rome Odunze has also been medically cleared for the game against the Rams.
Kevin Byard III injury status
Eberflus said that safety Kevin Byard of the Chicago Bears is questionable to play in Week 4, and his involvement for that game will be decided at game time.
Byard was added to the Bears' injury report Thursday because of a back injury. He was unable to practice that day, but he was able to participate in a limited role on Friday.
Byard has started all three of Chicago's season-opening games, playing 100% of the team's defensive snaps while racking up 19 tackles and one fumble recovery.
