The Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills have been involved in one of the NFL's most intense rivalries over the last seven years, and they will once more face off in Sunday's AFC championship game.
With a berth in Super Bowl LIX at stake, the Chiefs, who have won all six of their previous AFC championship games, will host the Bills at Arrowhead Stadium. The winner will go to New Orleans on Feb. 9 to play the NFC champion, who may be the Washington Commanders or the Philadelphia Eagles.
Below, we will look at the Chiefs' injury report ahead of the AFC championship clash.

Chiefs injury report for AFC championship round vs. Bills
Andy Reid, the Kansas City Chiefs coach, discussed the team's positive injury status with reporters during his media appearance on Wednesday.
"As far as the injuries go, there's nobody to really mention," the veteran coach revealed. "Everybody will practice today.”
On Wednesday's injury report, quarterback Patrick Mahomes was classified with an ankle injury, which was a little unexpected. However, he was labeled a full participant, so there isn't any serious cause for concern.
It will be fascinating to observe Mahomes' situation over the coming days. He most notably struggled with an ankle issue at the end of the regular season. However, at this point, there shouldn't be any reason for alarm.
The three-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback had a strong showing in the team's decisive victory against the Houston Texans last week, completing 16 passes for 177 yards and one score. It would be a surprise if he doesn't take the field with his teammates on Sunday against the Bills.
The Chiefs' injury report on Wednesday also included offensive tackle Jawaan (knee), offensive lineman Mike Caliendo (shoulder), and cornerback Jaylen Watson (ankle), all of whom participated fully in practice.
The only new injury on the report is that of Caliendo, who was a full participant in practice but has a shoulder injury. Although there doesn't seem to be any serious damage, his situation should be closely watched.
Before the AFC championship game versus the Bills, the Chiefs have ten players on reserve.
These are wide receiver Mecole Hardman (knee), wide receiver Skyy Moore (abdomen), defensive tackle Marlon Tuipulotu (undisclosed), linebacker Jack Cochrane (ankle), tight end Jody Fortson (knee), placekicker Spencer Shrader (hamstring), tight end Jared Wiley (knee), wide receiver Rashee Rice (knee), and defensive end BJ Thompson (cardiac arrest).
