The Cincinnati Bengals kept their hopes of making the playoffs alive with a win against the Denver Broncos last Saturday. They will now have to win once more to ensure they are still in the race when they face the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 18.
Pittsburgh defeated Cincinnati 44-38 at Paycor Stadium in Week 13. The Steelers have lost three of their last four games since then and are now behind the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC North standings, while the Bengals have won four straight games since that defeat.
Let's evaluate where Cincinnati is right now in terms of injuries since their Week 18 game has playoff implications.

Bengals injury report for Week 18
Due to an ankle injury, running back Chase Brown missed practice on Wednesday for the second straight day. DE Sam Hubbard (knee) and TE Drew Sample (groin) were the other two players listed as DNP on the team's injury report.
Wideout Tee Higgins was limited for the second straight session because of knee and ankle issues. OT Orlando Brown Jr. (fibula), QB Joe Burrow (right wrist/knee), DE Trey Hendrickson (NIR - rest), TE Tanner Hudson (knee), DT Kris Jenkins Jr. (knee), WR Charlie Jones (groin) and DT Amarius Mims (ankle/hand) were also limited on Wednesday.
Chase Brown injury update
Running Back Chase Brown has not participated in both of the Bengals' practices this week due to an ankle injury he sustained late in last Saturday's game against the Denver Broncos.
The Bengals running back position is among the slimmest on the roster, and the team's playoff hopes are on the line, so Cincinnati fans will be hoping that Brown returns to practice on Thursday. However, It's never a good sign for a player to miss two straight practices.
If Brown is limited or unavailable against Pittsburgh in Week 18, Khalil Herbert will probably see the majority of the backfield snaps.
Joe Burrow injury update
Over the past few weeks, the Cincinnati Bengals have controlled Joe Burrow's practice volume while playing with a knee ailment. He was limited on Tuesday and Wednesday again this week, but he's unlikely to miss this week's game, barring any setback.
Tee Higgins injury update
Tee Higgins has endured a number of injuries this season, the most recent of which are knee and ankle problems that limited his participation in both practices this week.
Higgins will probably play on Saturday, as he is a vital player for the Bengals. He was in an identical situation last week, receiving a questionable label on the final injury report before a report indicated that he would play. He also had a good outing in that Week 17 game, recording three touchdowns.
