The Baltimore Ravens will take on the Cleveland Browns at M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday afternoon to begin the final round of the 2024 NFL regular season. The Ravens will look to secure the AFC North crown with a win over Cleveland. Baltimore will also be guaranteed the third seed in the AFC with a victory in Week 18, meaning they will host a game in the opening round of the playoffs.

The Browns' offense is having a lot of trouble, as they have lost five games in a row and have not scored 10 points or more in their last three outings. Cleveland has nothing to play for on Saturday because its 3-13 record eliminates it from playoff contention. However, the team won't want to go down easily against a divisional rival.

Let's take a look at Cleveland's injury report for the Week 18 clash.

Browns injury report for Week 18

The Cleveland Browns have 11 players carrying injury designations into their Week 18 game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Running back Jerome Ford (ankle), tight end David Njoku (knee), cornerback Denzel Ward (shoulder), linebacker Jordan Hicks (concussion), defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson (knee) and running back Pierre Strong (concussion) have all been ruled out for the Saturday afternoon game.

The team also has five other players listed as questionable, including tight end Blake Whiteheart (knee), defensive end Ogbo Okoronkwo, wide receiver Mike Woods (knee), cornerback Cameron Mitchell (knee) and quarterback Jameis Winston (right shoulder).

Jerome Ford injury update

RB Jerome Ford sustained an injury to his right ankle in the second quarter of Cleveland's 20-3 loss to the Miami Dolphins last week. He attempted to hop off the playing surface on his other leg after getting hurt, but he fell before he could reach the sidelines.

Initially deemed questionable to return, Ford's injury was later seen as severe enough to rule him out for the rest of the game.

After failing to practice over the week, the Browns ruled Ford out for Week 18 on their final injury report. D'Onta Foreman is anticipated to be Cleveland's starting running back on Saturday since Pierre Strong Jr. will also be sidelined for the game against the Ravens due to a concussion.

David Njoku injury update

A knee injury TE David Njoku suffered against the Cincinnati Bengals two weeks ago has been bothering him. He missed last week's game against the Dolphins and failed to practice all week leading up to Week 18 because of the ailment.

Now that the 28-year-old tight end will be once again sidelined for the regular-season finale, Jordan Akins will be the team's TE1 against Baltimore.

Myles Garrett injury update

After missing practice on Tuesday and Wednesday due to a thigh injury, DE Myles Garrett returned to the Browns on Thursday, albeit in a limited capacity. Garrett was removed from the team's final injury report despite failing to log any full practice participation this week, so he will be available for Saturday's season finale at M&T Bank Stadium.
