Dierrias J. "D. J." Humphries Jr. is an American football offensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs, as of the 2024 NFL season. The Arizona Cardinals drafted Humphries with the 24th overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. Humphries spent nine years with the Cardinals, starting in all 98 appearances he made for the team. During the 2019 and 2020 NFL seasons, Humphries was 100% present for all offensive snaps taken during the games, as per Pro Football Reference. After the 2023 NFL season, Humphries signed a one-year $2 million contract with the Chiefs in November 2024, as per Spotrac.

D.J. Humphries attended Mallard Creek High School in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he began his football journey. Humphries was an All-American offensive linesman when helped Mallard Creek to a 13–1 record and berth in the NCHSAA Class 4AA State Semifinals in 2011. After being recruited as a five-star prospect and receiving several offers from Division I colleges like Alabama and Goergia, Humphries decided to enroll at the University of Florida in 2012, as per Florida Gators' official website.
