Dallas Goedert is a professional American footballer who plays in the National Football League as a tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles. His professional career in the NFL started in the year 2018 when he was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the NFL draft of 2018.

In 2018 Goedert signed a deal for four years with the Eagles of worth $5.62 million. He made his NFL debut in the 2018 season against the Atlanta Falcons where in the following match he recorded a single reception for four yards. In a match against the Indianapolis Colts, he recorded his first touchdown. He continued his brilliant performance week after week and he finished his first season with 33 receptions for 334 receiving yards and four receiving touchdowns. Goedert continued to showcase his brilliant performances in the upcoming season for the Eagles and in the 2020 season-opening match against the Washington Football Team he recorded eight receptions for 101 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. He finished the following season of 2021 with 46 receptions for 524 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns.

In 2021 Goedert signed a new contract extension deal for four years with the Philadelphia Eagles. In the following season of 2021 in a match against the New York Jets, he recorded six receptions for 105 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns. He continued his excellent performance throughout the season and ended the following season on a high note. In 2022 in the Super Bowl LVII against the Kansas City Chiefs, he recorded six catches for 60 yards.
