Dallas Goedert is the starting tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles. The South Dakota State product has been an integral part of the team since Zach Ertz left in 2021 and is a top-notch target for Jalen Hurts.

Ahead of Week 11, let's take a look at Goedert's injury status.

Should fantasy managers be worried about Dallas Goedert?

Per reports, Dallas Goedert was listed as a limited participant on the Eagles' practice report for Tuesday. He is dealing with an ankle injury.

Goedert missed the team's walkthrough on Monday, just a day after their win over the Dallas Cowboys. His absence was likely a precaution rather than something more serious.

Goedert had a decent showing in his first game back from injury on Sunday. He recorded two catches, 25 receiving yards and a touchdown in the 34-6 win. He'll now be hoping to play a more prominent role in Thursday night's game against the Washington Commanders.

Fantasy managers should not worry about Goedert. The worst seems already behind him, and he looks ready to contribute to the business end of the regular season. Expect him to play a key role against the Commanders and in subsequent games as part of Nick Sirianni's offense.

How has Dallas Goedert performed in 2024?

Dallas Goedert is having a decent 2024 season. He has racked up 26 catches, 326 receiving yards and one TD in six games. Before his ankle injury, Goedert was a safety blanket for Jalen Hurts as both A. J. Brown and DeVonta Smith dealt with injuries.

Despite the numerous injuries to their offensive stars, the Eagles have a 7-2 record. They've recorded wins over the Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints, Cleveland Browns, New York Giants, Cincinnati Bengals, Jacksonville Jaguars and Dallas Cowboys.

Their only losses came against the Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Eagles will look to make it six consecutive wins on Thursday.
